There are NO refunds on custom or listed wigs and toppers. The wigs take about 3-5 weeks to custom make and they are NON refundable. Also, we adhere to the laws of the state that wigs/ toppers should not be refunded due to sanitary reasons. If you feel you need to resell your investment, there are many wig and topper groups on Facebook and Instagram.
