There are no refunds on custom wigs and toppers. The wigs take about 6-9 hours to custom make and they are non refundable. Also, we adhere to the laws of the state that wigs should not be refunded due to sanitary reasons. If you feel you need to resell your investment, there are many wig and topper groups on Facebook and Instagram.
